Eras Tour: Evermore

Although Evermore isn’t my favorite album I love a champagne problem! For this album, I made a riff off of Folklore cocktail so the ingredients here are similar but taste wildly different because everyone knows Evermore and Folklore are sisters, not twins. The recipe follows the same idea but rather than a dark red wine and robust sweet vermouth, I paired Lillet, a lighter fortified wine with Prosecco. It was as lovely as the stories oven throughout this album.

Evermore

Ingredients
3/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
1/2 Lillet Blanc
1.5 oz Whiskey
Prosecco to top

Method

Combine all ingredients except for Prosecco in a mixing glass and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled Nic & Nora glass and top with Champagne or Prosecco. Express an orange peel over the top and enjoy!
