Float Like A Butterfly

Bar 25 in Newburyport MA is one of the most fabulous cocktail bars on the North Shore. Just down the street from my office, this is a favorite spot for us to gather for after work drinks. Of all the fabulous menu, Float Like A Butterfly is the next in our series of dupes!

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Aged Rum

• 3/4 oz Orgeat

• 1 oz Lime Juice

• 1 oz Butterfly Pea Flower Gin

Method: Combine all ingredients except for gin in a shaker with ice. Shake for 15 seconds and strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice. Float gin over the top and garnish with dried butterfly pea flowers and a dried citrus wheel. Enjoy!
