Irish Cream

St Patricks Day is around the corner and winter is in full swing. It’s always great to have some Irish Cream on hand to warm up your coffee on a cozy Sunday morning, or elevate your espresso martini game. I think we can all agree that there’s nothing worse than being caught in a New England blizzard without Baileys so here’s a recipe for you to make it at home!

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Heavy Cream

  • 8 oz of Sweet Condensed Milk

  • 8 oz Irish Whiskey

  • 1 oz Cold Brew

  • 1 Dash of Vanilla

  • 1 Dash of Chocolate Sauce

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until combined, about 10 seconds. Strain into a glass container and store in the fridge!
