Chai Guy

A delicious and easy syrup to make any fall cocktail pop is chai syrup. One chai tea bag, a cup of sugar, and a cup of water and you’re in business. This simple addition can elevate any classic cocktail to create a wonderful seasonal creation.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Bourbon

  • .75 oz Chai Syrup

  • .75 oz Lemon Juice

  • 1 oz Apple Cider

  • Dash of ginger juice

    Notes

Ginger people sells concentrated ginger juice so you can get it at most grocery stores or online to add a kick of spice to your cocktails!

This cocktail can be served hot or cold depending on your preference! I personally don’t care for hot apple cider so I’d enjoy this on the rocks in a low glass.

If serving cold - add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds then strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.

If serving hot - combine in your glass and give it a good stir. Since you’re not diluting this by shaking it, top with a bit of hot water.
