Little Green Thing

If Jameson isn’t for you, fret not, this drink is about as Irish as Saint Patrick himself. This little green thing features Verdita, made up of cilantro, pineapple juice, and a jalapeño.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Coconut Milk

  • 1 oz Pineapple Maceration

  • 2 oz Verdita

  • 1 oz Lime Juice

  • 2 oz Blanco Tequila

Method: Combine all ingredients in a shaker and top with ice. Shake for 15 seconds until chilled and strain into a glass over fresh ice. Garnish with pineapple fronds and enjoy!
