Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Fresh Watermelon Juice

  • .5 oz Balsamic Syrup

  • .5 oz simple syrup

  • 3 Basil Leaves

  • 2.5 oz Vodka

Method

In a shaker, muddle basil in simple syrup and balsamic syrup. Add in remaining ingredients and shake with ice for 20 seconds until chilled. Double strain into a Collins glass over ice. Garnish with watermelon and fresh basil. Enjoy!

Balsamic Syrup

In a sauce pan, combine one cup of white sugar, one cup of water, and 1 to 2 ounces of balsamic vinaigrette to taste. Heat and stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and store in a glass container in the fridge.
