Ginger Whiskey Sour

Celebrate International Irish Whiskey Day with a ginger whiskey sour!

The first cocktail class I ever attended was in Dublin Ireland at the Jameson Distillery on Bow street. Our teacher and head bartender was a Boston sports fan so we bonded instantly. He taught us how to make a cocktail that changed my life forever - who knew I liked Whiskey? AND that I could make a cocktail that tasted that good. Since then the rest is history. Read on for a very simple twist on a cornerstone cocktail.

- 1.5oz Jameson Whiskey
- .75oz lemon juice
- .75 oz ginger syrup
- 1 egg white
Dry shake all ingredients then shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe.
