A Simple Lemon Martini is an excellent way to end the work day when the sun is shining, or when you wish the sun was shining. Today’s cocktail features a Lemon Verbena Etherial Gin from Berkshire Mountain Distillers in Massachusetts and a Italicus Bergamot Liqueur. Knowing that not everyone is located in New England and can get BMDs Etherial Gin - though I highly recommend tracking one down if you live in MA, NY, or VT, Malfy Con Limone gin makes a good substitute.

Lemon Martini

  • 3 oz Lemon Gin

  • 1 oz Bergamot Liqueur

Add to a mixing glass over ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled martini and garnish with a citrus wheel- dried or fresh- of your choice.
