Orange Crush

2023 is the summer of savory cocktails and this drink is kicking us off. This vegetal delight is crushable when paired with a mellow cachaca - an amazing Brazilian spirit made from fermented sugarcane. This combo is straight from the garden and should be up next on your must make list.

Ingredients

1 oz Carrot Juice

3 Ginger Coins

1 oz Dill Syrup

1/2 oz Manzanilla Sherry

1 1/2 oz Cachaca

2 dashes of celery bitters

3/4 oz Lemon Juice

Method

In your shaker, muddle ginger in carrot juice. Add remaining ingredients to your shaker and top with ice. Double strain into a glass over fresh ice and Topo Chico or soda water. Garnish with a lemon wheel and enjoy!
