Pickled Pink

If you love pickles or a dirty martini, this cocktail is for you. If you’re from New England you know that Tree House brewery is absolutely stellar- well they now have a distillery, and the spirits are as unique and wonderful as the beer. This Dill Gin is no exception.

Ingredients

1 oz Lime Juice

1 oz Campari

2 oz Big Dill Gin

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. Top with ice and shake for 15 seconds until chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with dill pickles.
