Pass the Honey, Honey!

Gin

If there ever were an etherial and whimsical cottage core pairing in the spirit word, it would be honey and gin. This down to earth flavor combination has served us well over the years bringing us classics like the Bees Knees cocktail. Here are two cocktails that have brought great joy to my palette, featuring the flora gin from Tamworth Distillery and their newly released Gin Barreled Honey. Both delicious and the subjects of my latest class!

For both these cocktails you’ll need honey syrup which is equal parts water and honey- heat on the stove until combined and store in a glass container!
