Pot of Gold

If Leprechauns are real and there are pots of gold at the end of the rainbow, I’m buying a round for the table. This fun and delicious Irish Inspired cocktail will bring a smile to even the sourest Irishman’s face.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Irish Whiskey

• 1 oz Allspice Dram

• 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

• 1 oz Fresh Orange Juice

Method: Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake for 15 seconds until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and express an orange peel over the top.

Cheater Allspice Dram:

• 1 cup of Brown Sugar

• 1 cup of hot water

• 4 oz Amber Rum

• 1 TSP of Ground Allspice

On the stove, heat your water in a sauce pan until nearly simmering. Stir in allspice and brown sugar. Stir until dissolved. Remove from the heat and add in rum. Let cool and strain into a glass container.
