Sushi Time

Delicious Japanese Whiskey has met it’s savory match made in heaven with this sushi inspired cocktail. Brought together by a cucumber shrub which is a vinegar based syrup. Although it’s a cucumber shrub I swear on my life it doesn’t taste like pickles. Get the recipe for it on my syrups page!

Ingredients

2 oz Japanese Whiskey

3/4 oz Lime Juice

1 1/2 Cucumber Shrub

3/4 oz Coconut Sake

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake for ten seconds. Strain into a glass over a large rock and garnish with seaweed paper. Enjoy!
