Thai Twist Tamarind Cordial
For this month’s class I got to play with the Thai Twist Tamarind Cordial from Tamworth Distilling and Art In The Age. This cordial is tart, savory, AND sweet and was a doozy to come up with some delicious cocktails, but I rose to the challenge. Below are three cocktails, one savory, one complex, and one sweet, all featuring Tamarind as their key flavor.
