Sippin on the Dock of the Bay

Rum

Inspired by the 1968 song, Dock of the Bay by Otis Redding, this drink features a DELICIOUS bay leaf cordial! I can not get enough of it, it adds a subtle herbal flavor that is so refreshing.

To complement the cordial and not overpower it, I chose to pair it with a fig vodka from Cathedral Ledge and an Elderflower Rum from St. Johnsbury Distillery to enhance the flavors without taking attention away from the bay leaf.

This may sound strange, but when it’s all combined it tastes like pineapple juice! Get the bay leaf cordial recipe here!
